What is this world coming to that we need to purchase a jumper with,... whatever that is at the bottom of the pants, making them balloon at the bottom,...AND a fake waist?????

i happen to love jumper shorts on little girls though.
Im fine with Jumper shorts,.. but the balloon pant is taking it WAY WAY too far
